At The Official Warframe Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that certain limited edition items and digital bundles may be ineligible for return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

Ship the Gear

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our foundry receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
